Courtney Crittenden

Host of Country Light

Courtney is a devoted wife to her husband, Justin, a homeschooling mom to their three girls, and a creative with a deep passion for helping people discover their true identity in Jesus. Through teaching and worship, she carries a gentle, encouraging voice that points others back to God’s presence and transformative love.

A lifelong musician, Courtney plays the violin in her family’s bluegrass gospel band, The Sheads Family. Music has become a meaningful expression of worship and legacy for her, creating spaces where faith and family unite to honor the Lord.

Courtney is especially passionate about equipping others to hear God’s voice, recognize their God-given gifts, and walk confidently in their calling. She believes true transformation begins with intimacy with Jesus and that every person carries a unique expression of His heart.

Homeschooling her daughters has shaped her understanding of discipleship in everyday life, fostering a home culture centered around Scripture, worship, and authentic faith.

Whether she’s worshipping, serving in ministry, or encouraging others one-on-one, Courtney’s desire is consistent: to help people encounter Jesus in a way that restores identity, awakens purpose, and empowers them to live boldly for the Kingdom.
